Teachers are there to guide not to dictate. Learners must have their freedom to participate in the class for them to discover their own skills or competencies.
A teacher must be a role model. They must be a good influence to their learners. They will serve as an inspiration to develop the aspiration of the learners.
A teacher is now a second parent of the learners, they must give an unconditional understanding and sympathy to every learners.
A teacher must address the diversification in the classroom settings. No labeling and favoritism. Learners must be given an equal opportunity and treatment.
To be Teacher is not easy, you must be very detail in all aspects of your learners. To be an effective teacher you must not close doors to any child.
